A one point of call system, in the form of a designated field manager is in place. The assigned field manager will be responsible for customer contact and job commencement, site inductions, safety and quality control, on site problems, overseeing of the works, quality control, and customer enquires and customer satisfaction. Regular and documented staff meetings assist to minimise problems and ensure a continued and improved safe and professional approach to the works.
Stacey Electrical currently operates a fleet of 12 late model fully equipped service vehicles based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and operating over the greater Sydney Metropolitan Area. Experienced, uniformed and suitably qualified trade persons, skilled in customer relations man these vehicles.
